Rehoboth Bay MHP Open House October 28 2006

It's that time again and I am here to announce our next OPEN HOUSE in Rehoboth Bay MHP October 28 2006. For the first time in months we actually have a large number of new homes on the market in this community. Not even on the MLS yet we have 21330 Point Circle priced at $129,000. No photos yet but by early next week there will probably be another doublewide available on Point Circle. If you show up on Saturday we can show you it to you. It will be priced at $139,000. We also have a number of new singlewide mobile homes on M Street, three in all 21262 M Street , 21192 M Street and 21225 M Street . There are still a few of our old homes on the market as well. 36019 Bay drive is still looking for a buyer as well as 21773 F street.

Rehoboth Bay MHP has been the best selling community in the area. With 530 units and only 6 for sale it puts other local communities to shame. Mariners Cove for instance has 359 units and there are over 30 for sale.
