If you have never used the MLS before you may want to view these instructions.

Step one: Start your search by clicking on the Grey button that says "Residential"

(don't do it now, please read the rest of the instruction first)

Then click on what type of property you are looking for. In this example we will select "Mobile Home"

Followed by any other criteria you are looking for. It's best to start with a city or community name.

Now click on the "Search" button. Followed by the "Continue" button.

This will bring up a list of homes matching the criteria you selected.

From this list you can click the "More Detail" button for detailed information and additional photos

1. If you find a property you are interested in, please let us know about it by filling your Name, e-mail address and the address or MLS # of the home. We will send you additional information by e-mail within 24 hours. For immediate service call us at 302 236 4230
2. To search for other homes you can click the "Next", "Back" or "Reset" Buttons on the MLS.
3. When you are done with the MLS Please click the blue text to return to our home page. For some reason the "back" button in internet explorer will not work while you are using the MLS.
