How did we get our start selling mobile homes in Delaware? In 2003 My wife told me we were going to look at mobile homes at the beach. I told her only criminals and drug addicts lived in mobile home communities. She told me not to judge a community until I saw it with my own eyes. The first Mobile Home Community she took me to was Pot Nets Coveside. The house we looked at was directly on the Rehoboth Bay. The neighbor on the left had a 32 foot Grady White fishing boat worth about $120,000 and a Cadillac in the driveway, the neighbor on the right had a newer BMW and two jet skis. Obviously this was not your stereotypical trashy trailer park. We purchased the $35,000 waterfront mobile home and used it for the summer, then made some upgrades and sold it for a healthy profit followed by purchasing a larger waterfront mobile home in Rehoboth Bay MHP where we lived until we moved here full time in 2005.
