Obtaining a mobile home loan is almost like applying for a regular home mortgage, except there are no application fees, and no minimum loan amounts. Once a loan application is completed, there is a 24-48 hour loan approval turnaround time. At this time, an under writer will review your credit and request to see typical support documents, such as 30 days of pay stubs, W2 statements, bank statements, sales contract, mobile home title, and park approval.

Once these documents are reviewed, a full appraisal is ordered, which takes about 3-5 days to complete. Down payments are as little as 5%.
Rates are based on the age of home, credit, and down payment. Rates range from 9-13% on a 20 year fixed program. There are never points or prepayment penalties, and the closing costs are always minimal.

Closing typically occurs within 30 days of application, however, we are able to close faster if needed. An agent from the bank will meet with you to sign papers and disburse funds.
