Directions to Rehoboth Bay MHP Open House

Saturday March 25th 2006

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

FROM THE NORTH:
Drive South on Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway), through most of the city of Lewes.
When you get to the Wal Mart and Pizza Hut, turn RIGHT on OLD LANDING ROAD.
Drive west on old landing road.
After a few miles you will pass a golf course.
200 feet past the end of the golf course turn LEFT into Rehoboth Bay MHP.

You will now be on Marina Drive.
Follow Marina Drive until you come to all of the mailboxes on your left.
Turn LEFT here on G street.
Follow G Street until you get to White Oak drive.
Turn RIGHT on White Oak Drive.
Follow White Oak Drive until you get to N Street
Turn LEFT on N STREET.
Drive down N STREET until you see the flags and signs in front of 21191 N Street

Park Anywhere

FROM THE SOUTH:
Same directions as above, but you will turn LEFT just before Pizza Hut onto OLD LANDING ROAD.

We will have access to at least 10 homes (maybe 14) to show you, ranging in price from $42,500 to $143,500
