Pot Nets Lakeside
Lakeside is the Crown Jewel of Southern Delaware Mobile Home Communities. All of the manufactured homes here are newer doublewides. Many of the homes are situated around a large man made lake encompassed by golf cart trails, a humongous community center and an olympic sized community pool. The only thing Pot Nets lakeside is lacking is bayfront lots. There is no bay access from Pot Nets Lakeside but Pot Nets members may use boat slips in other Pot Nets communities.
Pot Nets Bayside
The largeset of the Pot Nets Communities, Bayside has over 1200 homes. Bayside has beautiful homes situated on the marina, a bayfront community center, bayfront playground, crabbing dock, seasonal baitshop and bar/restaurant as well as community swimming pools, baseball fields, and an outdoor fitness trail built around a small man made pond. If you are looking for world class ammenities look no further.
Pot Nets Seaside
In my opinion Seaside has the nicest bayfront beach of any community anywhere on the Indian River Bay. You could spend two million dollars on a bay front home and still not have a nicer beach. Seaside features dozens of bay and marina front homes.
Pot Nets Creekside
Creekside has a very nice community playground and pool. Towards the back of the community there is a small boat ramp and wetlands nature trail perfect for viewing long neck cranes and blue herons.
Pot Nets Coveside
Located on the Rehoboth Bay, Pot Nets Coveside has about a dozen waterfront homes with spectacular views over the bay of Dewey Beach & Rehoboth. Coveside also has a small marina, boat launch, tennis courts and childrens playground.
Pot Nets Dockside
The smallest of the Pot Nets communities, Dockside is just what it says it is, a small community for boaters with most of the homes set around the docks of their marina.
