The 2009 Zombie Movie "Survival of the Dead" by George A. Romero has scenes that take place in Slaughter Beach Delaware. Survival of the Dead, the sixth of Romero's 'Dead' movies is set almost entirely in Delaware, or, more accurately, off the Delaware coast on the fictional Plumb Island. In the movie a character named O'Flynn gives directions to Slaughter Beach from I-95 South in his "Come to Plum Island" video that convinces the protagonists to head south from Philadelphia. While in Slaughter Beach, characters fight hordes of the undead, then commandeer a ferry to take them to Plum Island.
