Erica began her Real Estate career in 2015 when she joined the Rehoboth Beach Realty LLC Group. She has had great success with her ambitious, friendly and “down-to-earth” nature selling 47 homes in 2017!

Erica loves living at the Delaware beaches and currently calls Lewes Delaware home. She was raised in Northern Pennsylvania and then traveled the United States as a military spouse spending ten years of her adult life in California and New Jersey.

Erica holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Therapist in the State of Delaware. Her background in Psychology and Counseling has been a great help in providing Patience, Empathy, and Knowledge when helping people through the home buying process!

In her spare time she frequents Cape Henlopen State Park for its drive on beaches, biking, and hiking the sand dunes. She would be happy to give you a tour of the area and show you how amazing this area is to live!
